Why We Like It
The Sport Cap is a straightforward upgrade for hikers who prefer drinking from a bottle without repeatedly unscrewing a conventional cap. It keeps the hydration setup lightweight and simple while making water easier to access on the move.
The Tradeoff
The biggest limitation is compatibility: this is a 28 mm cap, so it won’t fit CNOC’s 42 mm-threaded vessels. It’s also a basic sport-cap design rather than a bite valve, so it’s best suited to users who prefer a conventional squeeze-and-drink bottle setup.

A small, inexpensive accessory that makes a 28 mm CNOC bottle more convenient for active use. We particularly like it for running, day hiking, and fastpacking where quick access to water matters and there’s no need for a full hydration-bladder system.
